We’re growing our Austin office and are looking for an amazingly talented BIM Specialist (Mechanical) to join our team!

What You’ll Do

As a BIM Specialist, you’ll help produce high-quality MEP models and deliver coordination drawings and construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and constructability of the final deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed BIM models of MEP trades (Mechanical);
• Detect and resolve clashes, coordination issues, and constructability gaps using Navisworks;
• Generate fabrication and installation drawings from coordinated models;
• Document and communicate RFIs and technical questions;
• Apply design revisions and as-built updates throughout the project;
• Participate in internal QC reviews to ensure model accuracy meets field expectations;
• Contribute to development and improvement of BIM production processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC);
• Proficiency in Navisworks Manage, and Bluebeam;
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, installation sequencing, and shop-level detailing;
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote or hybrid environment;
• Will be a plus: experience with Fabrication Parts in Revit.
